Care shows in the details

A ground-down weld, an even joint against the bluestone, a step that doesn't creak. What you don't see determines how long the work lasts.

  1. Shower of sparks while welding a rosette onto the scrolls of a garden gate, in the workshop
    01Our team's work

    Ground and finished welds

Visible joints are ground down before finishing, so the piece reads as a single whole.

  2. Raw steel balustrade with large scrolls along the edge of a mezzanine beneath an exposed roof structure
    02Our team's work

    Made-to-measure junctions

Steel against stone, wood or glass: every junction is measured on site and recorded on the drawing.

  3. Welder on a ladder welding on site the steel frame of a canopy with scroll brackets, above an opening
    03Our team's work

    Fixings designed with the piece

Brackets, anchors and bolts are drawn together with the piece, for a solid hold with no distracting details.

Choosing the finish

The finish determines how a piece looks and how well it lasts. Outdoors in Belgium, the damp calls for suitable protection.

Choose a finish (colours are indicative)

Hot-dip galvanised

The steel is dipped in a bath of molten zinc. This zinc layer gives lasting protection against rust.

Outdoors, structures, garden stairs

From survey to installation, one point of contact

Steelwork comes down to the millimetre. Our method checks every dimension before a single section is cut.

Our method in detail
  1. 01

    Your enquiry

You describe the project online, with photos. We get back to you to clarify what you need and arrange a visit.

  2. 02

    Visit and survey

We measure on site and check the supports and constraints: walls, floors, access, planning rules.

  3. 03

    Drawings and quote

You receive a drawing of the piece, the choice of materials and finish, and a detailed quote.

  4. 04

    Fabrication

Once you approve the drawings, the piece is cut, assembled and welded in the workshop.

  5. 05

    Finishing

Grinding of welds, galvanising, powder coating or lacquer, depending on the chosen finish.

  6. 06

    Installation and handover

Installation on site, with the area protected and left clean, and a final check of the work with you.
